Hi...Please clarify regarding the question #10 "which reads "i have submitted visa petitions to the INS for the following persons"My employment based A.O.S is pending and my spouse and son also have A.O.S pending as my dependents.So what should i write in answer to this question.Please help.Thank you

That should be ok.

There is no specific rule. But they should not be too old. I would say within 4-6 months, it should be ok.

We sponsored my parents 4 years back. They visited us and left.

1. Therefore, for items 9 and 10, we should mention their names, relationship and Date submitted, right?

2. What should we write for item 11?

1. No. That is only for immigrant visa petition that you have submitted, if any.
2. Take care of all expenses such as, but not limited to, visa, air tickets, medical insurance, lodging, food, souvenir purchase and miscellenous expense.
