I-134, item 3

Hello,
I intend to bring my parents to US on a visitor VISA. I understand from this forum, that I need to submit two separate I-134 Affidavits for my father and mother.
In the item 3 of I-134, should I mention both their names in both the affidavits OR should I mention only one name in each affidavit.
I have this confusion, as if I am filing an affidavit on behalf of my father, then my mother can be referred as his spouse, in the lines following my father's details in item 3.

Please advise.

Make 2 forms.

In father's form, write mother as dependent.
In mother's form, write father as dependent.
