H1B Visa Expiring-Visitor's Visa

Hello all,
My H1B is expiring in May '04 and I believe I can apply for extension only in March '04. I want to invite my in-laws on Visitor Visa By end of Feb/beginning of March . Can I send my current Visa which is expiring in May. Will this cause prob for their visa.

You can still send your current H1 papers. It should be OK.
