Hi all,

I came to USA on L1 in Jul.2003, along with my wife (on L2). We want to invite our MIL as a tourist, me being the sponser for her. I have read through this forum and I am still not clear on the following related to I-134. Can someone please help me in this.

1. Question (1) I have SSN but I don't think I am a citizen. So which option should I select ? If it is (c) what documents I need to provide ?

2. Question (7) I work for an Indian company and came onsite on long-term. Which company should I mention for this question. I got a letter from my company that I am their (say company A) permanent employee and working on an assignment for current company (B). Should I provide A's address B's address (both are in different locations).

3. Question (11) If I write "I will take care of all her expenses during her entire stay", which one should I select ? "intend" or "do not intend" ?

4. Should I mention "none" or N/A wherever I had nothing to mention ? or just leave it as blank ?

Appreciate your help.
Siva

1. None of a, b, c, d apply to you. Find little space below and write you are L1 visa holder.

2. Your employer name/address, the one who is paying you.

3. "intend"

4. none or N/A as appropriate.

Thanks lot for clarifications.

1. Do I need to attach any docs related to SSN other than L1 petition papers

2. I am still concerned/confused about the current employer's address. If my employer (who actually pays for me) has office in San Diego, CA and I am right now in Boise, ID, I still need to give San Diego, CA.
Is that right ?

Thanks once again
Siva

Thanks for your help. I left out with last doubt, please clarify me.

Question (7) with regard to bank deposits, it says

"I have on deposit in savings bank in the United States $___"

I have only one checking account and I don't have any FDs. Can I mention the current balance in my checking account here ? Or mention "0.0" or "nil" or "N/A" ?

Thanks lot for your help.
