Visitor Visa for SIL

My husband plans to get his parents and sister to US in the month of march. My Husband's sister is 17 years old and will be giving her 12th grade exam in feb.

I have come across many postings stating that it is difficult for younger people to get a visa.

I wanted to know what is the possibility for my SIL's visa to get regetted since she is only 17 years old.
Could anyone give me some tips to lessen the chance of my SIL's visa getting regetted.

Every person is subject to same scrutiny. He/she has to convince the officer that she will come back. Whatever she can do to that will be helpful.
