My L2 visa & 194 expire Mar '04, Hubby I129 & I94 va

My L2 visa & 1-94 expire this Mar '04, My husbands
I-129 & I-94 are valid through 2005. Now, I was asked to apply for extension in status (form I-539).

Now my question is this, What about my Visa, is it safer for me to apply for a Visa renewal along with I-94 extension?

If I just apply for I-94 extension, will I have problems re entering US? I am asking this as I have heard stories where visitors applied for extensions and have been rejected Visa to re enter US.

What is the best option for a person in my situation? Please help.

There are no 2 different things like L2 extension and I-94 extension. You get extended I-94 when your L2 is extended.

You just have to file I-539 to extend L2. As long as your husband's L1 is valid without any problem, you should be fine.
