What is the possibilty of approval for B-2 for my brother who will turn 14 this March.

Is drop-box a better option? I read on this website about ppl below 14 can apply through drop- box application (conditions understood)

I read the requirement for dropbox for my brother. But I do not see any requirement for financial documents.

Does that mean I do not have to send any financial docs along( mine or my parents)?
