My parents are planning to visit US in May of this year. When is it a good time to send all the sponsor letters to them to apply for the Visitor's visa at the Mumbai Consulate?

I was planning to send all the documents next week since I received my bank statements and got the Affidavit of Support Notarized.

Please advise.
