My mother (70 years) needs to come here. She is having a paralysis on one hand. We will apply visitor visa for her through drop box.

I would like to know,

1. Whether she can be called for a personal interview?
2. Under what condition can they call her for personal interview ?
3. Can I get any kind of health insurance for her ?
4. Purpose of visit still can be tourism ?
