Thanks a lot to this forum. My parents attended interview on Dec 16th in Chennai and next day they got their passport with 6 months visa.
First they attended interview on July 1st and got rejected by 214B.
2nd time attended interview on Sep 8th and got rejected by 214B.
First 2 times, I have sponsored for my parents, we were in EAD and we asked for 6 months VISA. 3rd time my hubby sponsored for them , we got our GC and we asked for 3 months VISA.
Q> Who do you have in USA
A> Daughter
Q> Who is sponsoring you
A> Son-in-law
Q> Why do you want to go to USA
A> Tourism
Q> How long do you want to visit USA
A> 3 months
Q> 3 months is too much. What you are going to do?
A> Both r working so we will visit places on weekends and long weekend
Q> Do you have any family/relatives in India
A> My daughters, son-in-law and other relatives
