Hi:
My husband is applying for a visitors visa for my mom. His visa stamp is expired on the passport but we have extended our H1 legal status and it is valid till 2006. So is it enough if we show the copy of the approved petition (Form 1-797). Can the visitors visa be rejected because we do not have the stamp on the passport?
