Helloo Please Help regarding question # 3"Name of children accompanying or following to join and #10"That i have submitted visa petion to INS on behalf of following:
Eventhough im doing the affidavit for my mother in law but we are hoping that if she gets visa she will be able to accompany my husband who will be traveling on H4.
Secondly is pending I 485 of my spouse and son based on my employment considered visa petiton?
Please clarify these for me as many on this forum have doen the Form I 134 so will know the answer .Thank you

#3. I am assuming that no minor children(under age 18) of your mother-in-law are applying for visitor visa along with your mother-in-law. In that case, don't write anything. Just leave blank.

#10 As you are sponoring your mother-in-law and your husband/son have employment based visa petition, you can leave this blank too if you have not submitted any affidavit of support for any one such as your parents before.
