Visitor Visa for sister??

Is there any special requirement of documents / any restrictions for getting a visitor visa for sister?

I am trying to apply a visitor visa for my sister. The concern here is she was here before on H4 already and went back to India. Now wants to come back for a short period on visitor visa.

So will there be any problem in getting tourist visa now?

There is no specific requirement for sister. Same rules apply.

In general, it is very difficult for younger people to get visitor visa.
