Handicapped Visitor Visa- Help needed

My father is physically handicapped. He cann't walk without stick or wheel chair. Both my father and mother is going for interview. They are below 60's.Because he is handicapped, Will they reject the VISA?
If anyone got visa like this case, please send your comments.
