134 question PLEASE HELP

Hi,

1. What shoud i fill in point 11.
My mother has never been to USA.
It says person "will be in US temporarly". Does it mean to say the person already in US and submitting 134 for that puspose.

2. There is no place to fill sponsor visa status in 134 form. where should i write that.

1. You should check "I intend to"
In blank space, you should write something like
"ALL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING RETURN AIR TICKET FARE TO USA AND BACK TO INDIA, TRAVEL WITHIN USA, MEDICAL INSURANCE, HOUSING AND FOOD DURING ENTIRE STAY, 6 MONTHS"

"will be in US temporarly" means that person you are sponsoring will be in US temporarily.

2. You can write that in Question 1 in I-134 form.
