Naturalization eligibility

Hi,

I had a few requests.. I am an naturalized american citizen and my
wife is a green card holder and would like help on the following

1. Filing for her citizenship - We have been living outside the US for
about 18 months (since 2007 aug) (have a re-entry permit issued for a
return in 2 years. We hope to return in 24-36 months (around may
2011).
a. how do we make sure we keep her status alive?
b. what can we do to start her 3 year clock for naturalization while
we are away for a short period.
2. Filing for dependent green cards - do you help filing dependent
green cards for my parents. I am a US citizen. What documents do you
need?
It will be helpful if you have an office in India who I can correspond
with
