E-2 Extension visa-how to leave and come back?

Hello:-)

I'm the spouse of an E-2 Visa.

My husband have an E-2 Extension visa valid until January 2010 (the I-94).

And because he is my husband, I have the same.

I need to go to France this summer for about 3 weeks for professional and personal reasons.

My Husband and my children will stay in the US.

I would like to know how I can do that, what is the procedure for me to be able to come back in the US?

to come back to US, you just need your valid us visa.
you will be issued a new I-94 (2 years validity) on the port of entry.
