Hi,
I was about to graduate in Fall 2008 but due to some circumstances my master's thesis was not completed so I have to extend my graduation till May 2009. But in September 2008 I filled my OPT and my start date is 1 January 2009. So I am not graduated and my OPT is also active. Due to family emergency I have to travel to India on April for 10 days. My question is that will there be any problem in my re-entry to USA. My I-20 for completion of studies will expire in 31 May 2009.
