How to bring from India to US

Dear immihelp,

Our daughter is in india and i want to bring her to US. Our immigration status is I-485 and have used EAD and advance parole. What is the procedure to bring her to US and how should i add as dependent in I-485 category.

As you are not H1 or L1 anymore, you can not bring her on H4 or L2.

You have to do consular processing for her.

Is it possible to bring her on tourist visa. Then apply for 1485.

INS considers tourist visa is fraudulent way to apply 1-485. Still, they are holes in law. Seek help from immigration expert regarding this matter. Only H, L , E visas has *dual* (immi and non-immi) intent.
