Dear friends,
I am basically a Sri Lankan( indian origin) holding a Srilankan passport. I also recently got my Overseas Citizen of India card. My permanent residence is in India. For the letter for the J1 processing from the ministry of health where should I apply to( India or Sri lanka). Can I apply in India cause my permanent residence is there and I graduated in medicine from India. I have no ties with Srilanka and the ministry and I do not know how to get the letter from Sri lanka except for the fact that I hold a Srilankan Passport.
Any advice or suggestions would be highly appreciated.
