Two Wives

hi,

i am on h1 right now. and planning to apply for greencard. I have been in USA for 3 years. i an on valid status.
I am 45 years old.
the problem is i have two wifes. how can i apply for green card.
Is it possible to add tweo wifes names on LC, I140 or 485.
if not, please suggest me a way.

As far as I understand, the US law does not allow Polygamy. (I think there was a case on TV who had more than one spouse and he was arrested.) In that case, you may have to make a choice.

But yours is a totally different/unique case than usually found on the immigration discussion boards. Better get an attorney's view.

Is that really a problem or your good fortune?? Just kidding. Seriously, one of them can be your dependant. Can you arrange for a H1 if the other one is a computer person, then she can get a GC through her employer else she can come here to study on F-1. But consult an attorney, as polygamy is illegal in the first place.

dude, did u forgot the signature in I-485?
They clearly mentioned a question: Do you practise polygamy Yes or No.
Yes Does not disqualify your i-485 petition. Talk to your lawyer.
