PT employer transfer

Hey,

I cleared my TOEFL by God's grace and am awaiting my visa screen. Now I am filing for H1B as a Pt with a different employer. Earlier I was as a rehab coordinator with one employer. Can someone tell me if there is any risk involved if I start working with a new employer before the transfer is approved?
