Hey Can some one apply two separate application for change of status.
My brother is having J1 visa(and does not have Home-Country Residency Physical requirement 221(e) as per the visa page which says 221(e) does not apply).
His employer is applying for H2B visa? but mean while my brother is also trying to apply for M1 visa(because he is not confident of H2B).
My question is Can my brother apply for change of status to M1 visa while H2B visa application or any other application is still in process?
