[URGENT] Visitor Visa - Antigua

Hi,
I am on H-1B visa (holds Indian Passport) and plan to travel to Antiga and Barbados.
Do anyone know is it possible to get visa at the port of entry or needed in advance. This is kind of an emergency and not able to find any information this is possible or not.
