I have changed my employer on july 2007 and got approved and i received I-797A approval notice with validity written on it July 17, 2007 to June 17, 2009 at the bottom there was I-94 attached valid until july 17, 2009. Then I go back to my country on Nov 2008 then I returned here on Jan 2009 so i got the new I-94 valid until Jan 2011. My question is, Im planning to go out or go back to my country this December, do i need to renew my I-797A? upon re-entering here. Im still holding old E-2 visa stamp from my previous employer which is valid until July 2001
