Hi All,
I have been working in US for the past 3.5 yrs as a Software Developer. I am planning to take up a job in India. I talked to the HR of the Indian company and will have to talk to them again tomorrow about my expected Cost To Company (CTC). So I just wanted to know what the average CTC would be for a SW developer with over 3yrs of experience.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
