Hi,
Thank you for reading my thread. My husband has a j1. It will expire on the 31st of July. His father died recently and he would like to go back to France for the funeral between now and the 26th. We are afraid that customs will refuse his entry because it is so close to the expiration date of his visa.
Who can help us?
It's saturday so we can't call USCIS, but we're thinking of asking for an emergency travel document. What do you think?
