Rite now i'm working for X client from Z employer but i want to transfer h1b from Z to W employer
I can get the X client letter(show project is for 9 months) for transfer but my petition is valid till july 2011, if my W employer specify duration for 3 years.
Will i get petition for 3 years or 9 months which is mentioned in client letter?
