Hello,
I am currently in the US on H1 B visa and eligible for the DV lottery. I am currently in the process of my divorce. My final hearing is around the 1st week of Nov when I will be granted the divorce decree.
Do I wait till it is granted or Can I state my marital status as Divorced now?
Do I still need to have my spouse's name and photograph in the application?
I do not have any contact with him and also not aware of his whereabouts so how do I provide his photographs?
Please help me.
