Regarding H1 extension

Hello Guys,

I am H1B holder due to some personal problems i came to india and the visa

got experied and now i was in india ,If i want to go back to U.S whether i need

to freshly file for H1 again are there any other ways to get it extended.please

reply meeeee soonnnnnn.
