Extend Stay on Visa Waiver Program

Hi!

I need some help whit a question of mine.
I traveled to america under the Visa waiver program.
I´am from Sweden but my father is amercian and he lives here.
The has been a change of plan and I need to stay longer than until nov 11, when my visa expires.
Can I make an extension or is it so that I don´t have a visa to extend as I am under the waiver program?
