Hi,
I am a US citizen recently married my girlfriend. She is a German citizen arrived in the US on a Visa Waiver program (I-94w) last month.
We married a couple of weeks ago in San Francisco, CA.
Can anyone of you folks please tell me what I should do in order to get her green card? I am really confused with different procedures offered in different websites.
