I am a Canadian citizen living in US in TD status.
I won a reward $2000 as Solver from www.Innocentive.com and it is going to pay me the reward through 1099-MISC.
Do I have to change status from TD to TN to receive the reward?
If so, how to write the Employment Letter for this case?
