I filed my H1B petition from an US company A and got my stamping valid from 2007 to 2010. Later I joined company B and got it transfered. So I got a new approval valid from 2008 to 2011. Now I joined another company C but not any action taken on my H1B.
Till now I didn't travelled to US.
Now is it possible for me to enter US.
1. Do I need to get any letter from A or B as employment proof?
2. Do I need to again get it transfer to A if I want to enter US on behalf of A?
3. As my latest approval is from 2008 to 2011, will I get my I-94 till 2011?
Please help me with all other possibilities and information..............!
