Hello,
I have question related to tax for h1b. I came in US in April 09 with my child & wife, till now I didn't pay any tax as I didn't have any project. Now I got the project & need to pay taxes.
My question is:
1) How much total tax I need to pay according to $45000(Base/Yr)+$5000(Bonus/Yr) pay agreement? Along with Wife and Child's exemption?
2) Will IRS give me a query for not paying taxes till now? If yes in that case what I need to do? Employer asked me to appoint a lawyer in that case!
3) Can I complaint against employer for not paying me anything during these time?
Please if you can guide regarding it, I will appreciate.
