Dear All,
one of my friends was booked under Shoplifting in Germany. He has paid all the fine and also the document from the court that since he has paid the fine, there are no charges against him.
But, his fingerprints were taken in the police station, although it was not an arrest and he wasnt jailed.
Please let me know if this incident will affect Visa Stamping in other countries as it will hwve to be mentioned in VISA forms.
