Need Information on PIO card for my Newborn Baby

Hello,

I am married to US Citizen and i am a Green Card Holder,We are planning to send our 5 months old baby to her GrandParents in India for 8 months or so,I need to information as my Baby is US citizen.My question is ,how can i send with my Parents to India.
Will baby require Indian Visa or Can i apply for PIO card for her,is it possible?
