I am a US passport holder of Indian origin. Passport, expiring in first week of August 2010, has 10 year India visa stamped on it with validity till 2011.
My question is: if I try to enter India in 1st week of April to stay there 4-6 weeks, will I have any problem entering India? I don't think so but will appreciate a reliable opinion.
The next question can be, would I have entry problem in India, if passport expired in next 6 weeks and I intended to stay a day less than 6 weeks?
