Pettion for Parents & Siblings

Hi there,

I am in process of getting citizenship and After becoming citizen i would go ahead and file petition for my parents.My question is that if i apply for my siblings who are unmarried and under 21 years of age.Can they also come with my parents or they would have to wait the standard time for siblings like 12+ years.

Please let me know that.Thanks in advance.
