I am on a L1 and my wife is on a H1 and we are currently in US. My wife's H1 would expire shortly. What is the process to have her converted to L-2?How long does it take?
A few months down, I hope to convert to F-1 and my wife needs to move to F-4. Once again, what would be the procedure to have her move to the new status?
