Getting F2 while spouse on OPT

Hi,

I recently got married and have come back into the US for my OPT. I'm still looking for a job though. I plan to ask my wife to join me on an F2 visa. Has anyone had previous experiences (good or bad) about applying for F2 visa while the spouse is on OPT?

My wife got an F-2 while I was on OPT. No problems. Of course the visa will be granted unitl the OPT end date only. But I had a confirmed job. If you are still looking for job, it could be tricky.

Please tell me what documents I need for F-2 of my wife, how much money in my bank account.
I also have a Full time Job and am on OPT.

Can I file F2 Visa for my wife while I am working on OPT & my employer has filed H1.
