Please anyone with information about DV lottery consular processing experience in Montreal, Canada.Where can you take a look at the packets required and estimate the fees required. I live in Ontario and think Montreal is the closest for consular processing or is this wrong?
Where can I find a list of doctors for the exam and what vacinations are required.
