DV Lottery Winner, Can my brother sponsor me?

I was very happy to get this site. The articles i read were interesting. I have this question i want ask. I have my senior brother who just won the DV 2009 and is now a U.S citizen since he's got his green card. I wish to know if it's possible if he can apply for me to immigrate? thanks

Just because the person gets the greencard, he is not US citizen.

Once he become US citizen, he can petition for you and it will take around 12 years after that for you to immigrate.

Around 6 years after he got the green card.
