  • Biometrics notice letter send 2 times. Please Help.....

    Hi,

My spouse, who is a US citizen, petitioned for my green card on Apr 15th 2010 together with my I-485 (I'm currently on F1).

Hope anybody can help me with some questions I have, below mentioned are my current activities so far:

04/15/2010: Sent the packet to USCIS Lock box, IL.
    04/19/2010: Packet received date.
    04/26/2010: Received I-485, I-130, I-765 and I-131 notices on the same date.
05/19/2010: Biometrics were taken on VA field office.
05/25/2010: Biometrics notice letter send again with finger print date post marked 05/19/2010. **** *
    ??/??/2010: I-131 advanced parole.
    ??/??/2010: I-765 for EAD.
    ??/??/2010: I-485 & GC.

NOTE: I got USCIS notice letter on 05/25/2010 with finger print date post marked 05/19/2010, which is so bizzare.

I have signed up to monitor my case online. For my I-485 the last activity was

On April 26, 2010, we received this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS, and mailed you a

notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail

when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our

Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or contact our customer service center at

    1-800-375-5283.

    My questions are:

    1. When will my EAD and advance parol travel document will get approved?
    2. When will my I-485 will get approved?
    3. When will my actual green card will get approved?
    4. Why would i got another bizzare USCIS notice letter for bio-metrics for the same date, after i finished my finger prints

    on 05/19/2010? **** *

    Thanks for your help!

    1. Usually around 2-3 weeks after biometrics for actual EAD and AP.
    2. Usually 2-3 weeks after interview for actual Approval Notice and Welcome Letter.
    3. Usually 2-3 weeks after Welcome Letter.
    4. Call USCIS, ask for "next level of service" and talk with an Officer regarding this.
