FingerPrinting: INS Vs FBI

Hi,

FBI has confirmed that is has sent the fingerprinting
records to INS. But INS says, it is till waiting.

FBI has asked INS to request to resend the records.

Since talking to IIO is next to impossible, what is the
best way to unthread this knot?

How do you find out status of your Finger Printing
from INS (CSC-Lagune Niguel) ? FBI says it sent back
the results but I need help on INS side.
