Hello,
After 2 hours of searching the web I just discovered your very interesting website. However it still doesn't give an answer to the question I have. But maybe somebody can provide me the information per email.
I am a Panamanian living in Germany (residence permit). I want to spend the time from December 2010 to February 2011 in Panama. As the flights throught the USA are cheaper I would like to fly from Germany to the USA and on to Panama. And in February back the other way. Does that mean I need 2 transit visas, one for go and one for come back? Or is one enough to go and return???
