Whether to file AC21 while PD to be current (starting 1st July)

Had the following questions please - will appreciate any help.

Questions
---------
1. If I send the AC21 letter to USCIS now how many days does it take for them to process it (update I-485 case accordingly)

2. Should I send my AC21 letter now considering that the dates would be current - 1st July for me (as it may delay the approval /generate RFE)
OR
I should not send AC21 letter right now and wait for a few weeks hoping for a favorable response.

Following is the background

Employer1 ( May 2004 – March 2008 )

* Filed GC under EB2 (India).
* Priority Date : 20th July ‘2005
* Filed I-485 in July’2007 (Receipt date : 07/02/2007) & got EAD

Employer2. (March 2008 – 15 May 2009 )

* Filed AC21
* Lost job in lay – off. H1B was revoked by employer by notifying USCIS


Employer3 (8 June ‘2009 – March 2010)

* Worked on EAD – worked on it for the first time
* Didn’t send AC21 letter


Employer4 (18th March ‘2010 – Till Date) - Current Employer

* Working on EAD
* Didn’t send AC21 letter yet


Other Information
--------------------
* AR11 & address change on I-485 has been done every time I moved
* Priority dates were current for my case in Aug and Sept’08 but never
got the green card
