My spouse and I have both been married for 10 years, two years ago we moved to the US on Visa's because of my spouses work and we have since both received our GC (about 9 months ago) paid for by my spouses company. My question is if we were to divorce, would I still be able to retain my GC as we had been married for 8 years before we even moved to the US or would I loose it?

It should have absolutely no impact. Your husband can attempt to revoke your GC only if he can prove that you cheated him and obtained your GC by fraud and wrong itentions.

Even those charges are very difficult to prove and usually even spiteful people do not take that route as its almost hopeless to revoke a GC.

I would say you are fine and should have absolutely no issue at all.
