Tourist visa to Czech Republic

Good afternoon,

I plan to travel to Prague, Czech end of the August as a tourist, and need to obtain visa for that time, I am a citizen of Azerbaijan, but right now living in Doha, Qatar as a permanent residence

Unfortunately I could not find any consular department of Czech Republic in Qatar, Closest embassy to Qatar is embassy in Kuwait or Abu Dhabi, which is not appropriate for me Can you please advise where I can get the visa to Czech in Qatar?
