Couple of years before I was out of status for 17 days --
-- My EAD on F1 visa ended on September, 13th.
-- On May, 12th I applied for H1B with a start date of September, 13th.
However my H1B got approved with a start date of October, 1st. This is due to the fact that H1B quota was met for that fiscial year.
Can this create any problems with my 485?
Any information on this matter would be great!
